Updates to factors of safety <br />calculations. <br />2.Final Design Development Bid Documents <br />a.Revise and update Bidding Documents with latest City of South <br />Bend front-end specifications, along with specification updates with <br />latest codes and standards. <br />3.Final Design Development Bid Documents <br />a.Anticipated additional regulatory agency coordination (FERC, <br />IDEM, IDNR) due to the time elapsed since initial submissions and <br />the FERC’s necessary review of the final QCIP, TCEAP, and <br />Contractor’s dewatering plan
