tomtafttss wort: <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> 1:o the Cosmos Coulttfl of Os tag of foutb *n : <br /> The July 9, 1996 of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order by its <br /> Chairperson, Council Member Tom Zakrzewski, at 5:08 P.M. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members:Luecke,Zakrzewski,Coleman,Pfeifer, <br /> Varner, Kelly, Washington, and Broden; John Byorni, Bruce Bancroft, Don Porter, and <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The only item on the agenda was substitute Bill No. 17-96 which is a rezoning request for <br /> the property located at 1708 High Street. Mr.John Byorni noted that the request received a <br /> favorable recommendation from both the staff and the Area Plan Commission. <br /> Mr. Bruce Bancroft, the attorney for the petitioner noted that this is for an Urban Care <br /> Facility. He stated that it would basically legalize what is there today. The entire partial <br /> would be zoned B Residential,A height in area. He noted that there are no plans for new <br /> construction. <br /> Following discussion, there was a motion properly made and seconded that substituted <br /> Bill No. 17-96 be recommended favorably to Council.The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee the meeting was adjourned <br /> at 5:10 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Tom Zakrzewski, <br /> Chairperson,Zoning and Annexation <br />
