Qtommttttt ZOort: <br /> Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br /> Ujt Common Coutttfl of the tag of §outt Barb': <br /> The September 25, 1996 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was <br /> called to order by its Council President,Roland Kelly at 4:00 P.M. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner; Kelly, Coleman, Broden, <br /> Hosinski, Zakrzewski, and Luecke; Chief Luther Taylor, Elmer Carr, President of the <br /> Board of Public Safety, Jack R. Bland, Thaddeus Zakowski, Jon Hunt, Assistant Fire <br /> Chief Bert Prawat, John Lesczynski, City Controller Kevin Horton, Craig Hudson, Rob <br /> Emmerson,Todd Miller,and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council President Kelly noted that the purpose of the meeting was the discussion of <br /> strategy with regard to the purchase or lease of real property pursuant to Indiana Code <br /> Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D). <br /> Roland Kelly on behalf of the South Bend Common Council certifies that no subject matter <br /> was discussed in this Executive Session other that the subject matters specified in the public <br /> notice dated September 17, 1996. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council President Roland Kelly <br /> South Bend Common Council <br />
