Talboom Deputy <br /> Mary Beth Wisniewski Chief Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />REPORT FROM THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott made a motion that the minutes of the December 10, 2012 and the January <br />2, 2013, meetings of the Council be accepted and placed on file. Councilmember White <br />seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Council President Dieter announced that the South Bend Common Council is accepting <br />applications for citizen members for its 2013 Standing Committees. He also announced that <br />there are openings for the Century Center Board of Managers; Historic Preservation <br />Commission; Human Rights Commission; Redevelopment Commission and Urban Enterprise <br />Association. He advised that applications may be found on-line on the Council’s website and in <br />th <br />the Office of the City Clerk, 4 Floor County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South <br />Bend, Indiana.
