Committee Report <br /> Community and Economic Development <br /> October 23, 1995 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Mr. Bill Panzica made the presentation. He showed the artist rendering of the proposed <br /> building to be used by the US Federal Bankruptcy Court and the US Marshal's offices. It <br /> was noted that the tenants will have a fifteen year lease. <br /> Following discussion Council Member 95-86 be recommended favorably to Council,. <br /> Member Washington that Resolution <br /> motion passed. <br /> III addresses a lease for <br /> The Committee the South Bend Department flEcon Economic Development. <br /> office space for <br /> Larry Magliozzi made the presentation. He noted that Pam Meyer would do the <br /> presentation this evening. He noted that this would be a renewal of the current lease se of <br /> approximately 1,700 square feet on the forth floor of the First Bank Building• no <br /> renovation contemplated. It is for a one year lease with an option to renew and that is the <br /> reason for the substitution. <br /> Following discussion,Council Member 5 87 be Washington <br /> ecommended favorably to Counc� .' The <br /> Member Zakrzewski that Resolution No. <br /> motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Resolution No.95-88 which would authorize the Mayor to <br /> submit an application for planning addressed in tIt he proposed Resolution. was encouraged by <br /> the EDA to apply for the monies <br /> discussion,Council Member Washington made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Puzzello that Resolution No. 95-88 be recommended favorably to Council.
