ARTICLE V. <br />IMMUNITY <br />Section 5.1. Immunity. No covenant or agreement contained in this Loan Agreement <br />shall be deemed to be a covenant or agreement of any member of the City, the Commission or the <br />Redevelopment Commission or of any officer or employee of the City, the Commission, the <br />Redevelopment Commission or their legislative and fiscal bodies in his or her individual capacity, <br />and neither the members of the City, the Commission, the Redevelopment Commission nor any <br />officer or employee of the City executing the Loan Agreement shall be liable personally on the <br />Loan or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the Loan. <br />(End of Article V) <br />16 <br />4854-2813-5735.5 <br />
