2) Addition of 4' by 4' wooden stoop and 1-2 steps <br />The back door is currently accessed by two concrete steps. Pulling open the storm door <br />requires backing down the steps. We are proposing a 4' by 4' wooden stoop made out of <br />pressure treated lumber. The stoop would have hand railings all around and would provide <br />safe entry to the house for 95 year old Jack and 86 year old Judie — who currently use walkers. <br />In the construction, we would determine if we needed one or two steps up to the stoop. This <br />would be at the end of the concrete walkway at the top of the parking pad. <br />
