714 Forest Ave COA <br />Front of 714 Forest <br />1) Addition of Parking Pad <br />This property currently only has street parking. There are about 8 stairs from the sidewalk to <br />the front porch. The backyard has alley access and the backdoor only has 2 steps into the <br />house. We are proposing we add a 16' wide by 20' deep parking pad with a 7' by 10' wide <br />apron to the alley and a 4' by 16' walkway to the back door (see attached layout). The closest <br />the pad would be to the back lot line would be 6 feet. We would remove the existing walkway <br />along the back of the house to provide and area for landscape between the pad and the house. <br />The new concrete walkway would connect the parking pad to the proposed stoop to the back <br />door. If and when necessary, a ramp could address the steps to the back door stoop. <br />View of the backyard from the alley.
