However,in order to <br /> Eli Wax comply with the necessary three readings and public hearing before the statutory <br /> Fifth District deadline for adopting a budget,the proposed ordinance had to be filed for first reading <br /> at our September 26, 2022, meeting. I am now submitting a substitute bill that <br /> Sheila Niezgodski contains the negotiated terms of Salary Ordinance.
