* <br />~ the South Bend Common Council thanks Skylar for h er contributions to South Bend's legacy of <br />professional basketball players. <br />Section I. The South Bend Common Council congratulates Skylar Diggins-Smith and her husband, <br />Daniel Smith on the recent announcement that they are expecting their second child, giving their son, Seven, a <br />sibling to look forward to . <br />Section II The South Bend Common Council honors Skylar Diggins-Smith for her many contributions to <br />girl 's and women's basketball during her time at Washington High School , the University of Notre Dame, and <br />in the WNBA. <br />Section III. The Common Council thanks Skylar for being a role model for all South Bend basketball <br />players. <br />Section IV.
