2. The Lease shall be amended to reduce the annual rental <br />. p ~ end to $463,000.00 per year payable in semi-annual installments <br />/~"~ of $23,500.00 on June 28th and December 28th of each year during the <br />term of said Lease. <br />3. All remaining terms, covenants and conditions as set forth <br />in the Lease shall remain in .full force and effect. <br />4. The President and Secretary of the Authority are hereby <br />authorized and directed to ,execute and attest,respectively, the <br />Addendum. <br />5. ..The officers of the Authority are hereby authorized to deli- <br />ver said Bonds when executed to First Interstate Bank of Northern <br />Indiana, N.A., as Trustee for delivery to the successful bidder. <br />6.
