LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ANNEXATION <br />21275 CLEVELAND <br />Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 38 North, Range 2 East described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point 940 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />22, Township 38 North, Range 2 East; thence North 358 feet; thence East 320 feet; thence South 358 <br />feet; thence West 320 feet to the place of beginning, the same being Lots Numbered Ninety-one (91), <br />Ninety-two (92), Ninety-three (93), and Ninety-four (94) in the Proposed Plat of Lilac Acres Subdivision. <br />THIS SHALL INCLUDE THE ENTIRE SHELLBARK RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY. <br />The total property area size of the annexation is 2.33 acres. <br />
