The following specialty pays shall be paid to the <br />sworn members of the South Bend Fire Department who meet the Fire Department's requirements <br />for each specialty and who are regularly assigned to perform such special duties. All specialty pays <br />shall be prorated to the date of regular assignment for such special duty or duties and paid <br />accordingly. All qualifying sworn members who meet the requirements and who are regularly <br />assigned to perform LEP duties shall be paid the following specialty pay in a lump sum in the last <br />payroll in December of each year of such assignment: <br />
