TPC <br />Technologies, Inc $78,343.50 $219,500.35 $297,843.85 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TLS Sales, Inc did not include acknowledgement of the two addenda, nor did they include the <br />required 10% bid bond. TLS Sales, Inc therefore submitted a non-responsive bid. TPC <br />Technologies did include all the required documents and are therefore responsive. Venues <br />Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract with both Item List A and Item List B for a total of <br />$297,843.85 to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, TPC Technologies, Inc.. <br /> <br />The Department of Venues Parks & Arts has appropriated sufficient funds from PROJ00000346. <br /> <br />Please call with any questions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
