THE R OBER T HENR Y CORPORA TION <br />General and Utility Contractors <br />September 26r'', 2022 <br />Subject: SBFD Gear Washer Prep Work <br />Project No. 122-054 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />We hereby propose to provide all labor, material, tools, and equipment to complete the Gear Washer Prep <br />work at Fire station #2, Fire Station #6 and SBFD Training Center as described in quotation package <br />prepared by The City of South Bend for <br />Base Quote Stations 2 & 6 $109,400.00 <br />Alternate 1, SBFD Training Center $68,900.00 <br />With the total sum of $178,300.00, which base proposal includes all applicable taxes, fees, etc. Indicate <br />pricing for any alternates indicated in specifications, as well. The City of South Bend is a tax-exempt <br />organization, and we will be furnished with an appropriate tax number for use with the work. <br />This bid proposal is based on normal working hours Monday — Friday lam to 3:30pm. No overtime, weekends <br />or holidays are included in this proposal. No bond is included in this proposal.
