BILL NO. 09-22 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 10846-22 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> 2413 PRARIE, COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT NO. 6 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The project will consist of the rezoning of six lots from S1 Suburban Neighborhood 1 to <br /> C Commercial for the establishment of a Convenience Store/Filling Station. <br /> Petitioners desire to rezone the property from S1 Suburban Neighborhood 1 District to C <br /> Commercial District. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 10689-19, which ordinance is commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby amended in order <br /> that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. <br /> Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Lots 1 —3, 55 - 56, 136— 139 of Homeland Addition. <br /> Tax Key: 018-8109-5419, 018-8109-5402, 018-8109-5421, 018-81095461, 018-8109- <br /> 5460, 018-8109-5459 <br /> be and the same is herby established as C Commercial District <br /> SECTION II. This ordinance is and shall be subject to commitments as provided by <br /> Chapter 21-12.07(0(7) Commitments, if applicable. <br /> SECTION III.
