BILL NO. 09-22 ORDINANCE NO. 10846-22 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED 2413 PRARIE, COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT NO. 6 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The project will consist of the rezoning of six lots from S1 Suburban Neighborhood 1 to C Commercial for the establishment of a Convenience Store/Filling Station. Petitioners desire to rezone the property from SI Suburban Neighborhood 1 District to C Commercial District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 10689-19, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Lots 1 —3, 55 - 56, 136 — 139 of Homeland Addition. Tax Key: 018-8109-5419, 018-8109-5402, 018-8109-5421, 018-81095461, 018-8109- 5460, 018-8109-5459 be and the same is herby established as C Commercial District SECTION II. This ordinanceis and shall be subject to commitments as provided by Chapter 21-12.07(0(7) Commitments, if applicable. SECTION III.
