The bid was <br />complete and responsive except for meeting the required MBE and WBE goals of 3.4% and <br />4.5%, respectively. <br /> <br />Upon review of the Good Faith Efforts documentation included with their bid, Gibson-Lewis <br />showed they contacted, and followed up with, four (4) MBE firms and six (6) WBE firms to be <br />included in the project. None of the firms contacted provided a quote. As such, a waiver for <br />Good Faith Efforts is being granted. <br /> <br />I recommend award of the Muessel Grove Park Restroom to Gibson-Lewis, LLC, in the <br />amount of $397,500.00. Funding is available through PR-00017964. <br /> <br />
