rr <br />~; ` <br />NOW, THEREFORE,-BE IT RESOLVED-BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />• AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Authority hereby accepts assignment of the option to <br />purchase all of Security Pacific's right, title and interest in and <br />to the Stadium .pursuant to Section 8.01 (b) of the Lease, as"amended. <br />2. The Authority hereby approves the proposed Lease between the <br />Authority and the Commission. to be dated as of June 1, 1988, in the <br />form presented at this meeting. <br />3. The Secretary of the Authority is hereby directed to file a <br />copy of the proposed Lease, as approved, with the Commission. <br />4.
