atommtttts Itsport: <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> t e Common tountil of tbs City of 0outXj /Stub: <br /> The May 9, 1994 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to <br /> order by its Vice Chairperson, Council Member Cleo Washington at 4:00 p.m. in the <br /> Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Luecke, Kelly, Puzzello, <br /> Washington, Duda, and Ladewski; Don Fozo, William J. Lee, Don Porter, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Washington noted that the purpose of the meeting was to review <br /> Resolution No. 94-34 which is a Board of Zoning Appeals matter involving the property <br /> located at 4321 South Michigan Street. <br /> Mr. William J. Lee the petitioner, made the presentation. He noted that he is <br /> seeking a special exception to allow off-site parking in residential zoning.A map of the area <br /> in question was presented. The overall use for the property would allow a paint and <br /> wallpaper store and the special exception would allow five additional parking spaces. Mr. <br /> Fozo noted that the Board of Zoning Appeals recommends the request by a favorable <br /> decision of 4 to 0. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Duda made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> President Puzzello, that Resolution No. 94-34 be recommended favorably to Council.
