<br />35. Total Project Costs—The total cost of planning, studying, designing, constructing, testing,
<br />commissioning, and start-up of the Project, including Construction Cost and all other
<br />Project labor, services, materials, equipment, insurance, and bonding costs, allowances
<br />for contingencies, and the total costs of services of Engineer or other design
<br />professionals and consultants, together with such other Project-related costs that Owner
<br />furnishes for inclusion, including but not limited to cost of land, rights-of-way,
<br />compensation for damages to properties, Owner’s costs for legal, accounting, insurance
<br />counseling, and auditing services, interest and financing charges incurred in connection
<br />with the Project, and the cost of other services to be provided by others to Owner.
<br />36. Work—The entire construction or the various separately identifiable parts thereof
<br />required to be provided under the Construction Contract Documents. Work includes
<br />and is the result of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation
<br />necessary to produce such construction; furnishing, installing, and incorporating all
<br />materials and equipment into such construction; and may include related services such
<br />as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Construction Contract
<br />Documents.
<br />37. Work Change Directive—A written directive to Contractor issued on or after the effective
<br />date of the Construction Contract, signed by Owner and recommended by Engineer,
<br />ordering an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work.
<br />B. Day:
<br />1. The word “day” means a calendar day of 24 hours measured from midnight to the next
<br />midnight.
