tommfttut Z*port: <br /> Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br /> go the Common Count f l of the e f tg of iSouttj Stub: <br /> The October 4, 1994 meeting of the Executive Session of the South Bend Common <br /> Council was called to order by its President,Council Member Ann Puzzello at 5:10 P.M. in <br /> the Mayor's conference room, 14th floor County City Building,227 West Jefferson, South <br /> Bend, IN. 46601. <br /> Persons in attendance included Mayor Kernan, Council Members Luecke, <br /> Washington, Kelly, Puzzelo, Slavinskas, Coleman, Duda, and Ladewski; Kevin Horton, <br /> Jon Hunt,John Leszczynski,Richard Nussbaum, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues pursuant to the call of the <br /> Executive Session consistent with Indiana Code Sec. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (D). <br /> It is hereby certified that nothing other than information permissible under said State <br /> statute referred to herein was discussed. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ann Puzzello, Council President <br /> • <br />
