ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> The October 11, 1993 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation <br /> Committee was called to order by its Chairperson, Council <br /> Member Lee Slavinskas, at 3 : 30 p.m. in the Council Informal <br /> Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Luecke, <br /> Coleman, Puzzello, Washington, Kelly, Slavinskas, Duda, and <br /> Ladewski; Ken Fedder, Larry Magliozzi, Jon Hunt, Robert <br /> Nagle, Don Porter, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member; Slavainskas, noted that the first item on the <br /> agenda was to review Resolution No. 93-84 which is a written <br /> Fiscal plan and policy to provide services to annexed area <br /> and German Township (Shively-Demaeget Annexation) <br /> Mr. Larry Magliozzi presented the resolution. He noted that <br /> the Fiscal plan addresses 142 acres and if all phases are <br /> passed by the Council, it would become effective <br /> approximately December 23 , 1993 . <br /> Mr. Ken Fedder the Attorney for Marilyn Brown stated that <br /> she has owned the property indicated on a map attached to <br /> the annexation since 1970. She owns 47 acres and the <br /> proposed annexation would take in 36. 5 acres. This would <br /> result in approximately 10 acres remaining in the County. <br /> He stated that his client would like the City to revise <br /> their legal description so that all property would be <br /> included. Reference was then made to map three (3) . <br /> Following further discussion Council Member Puzzello made a <br /> motion seconded by Council Member Coleman to continue <br /> Resolution No. 93-84 in light of the information recommended <br /> by Mr. Fedder. The Resolution was continued until October <br /> 25, 1993 . <br /> Council Member Coleman then made a motion seconded by <br /> Council Member Puzello that Bill No. 82-93 which is the <br /> Annexation Bill for the above described property addressed <br /> in the Fiscal plan also be continued until October 25, <br /> 1993 . The motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Resolution No. 93-77 which is a <br /> petition from the Board of Zoning Appeals for the property <br /> located at 833 South Ironwood Drive. <br /> Mr. Ken Fedder made the presentation. He stated that a <br /> special exception is being requested and was approved by <br />
