Bid Specifications & Design Considerations <br />Sale of Redevelopment Owned Property <br />Ignition Park Development Parcels <br />SE Quadrant Prairie Avenue I Sample Street <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />All of the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14-22 will apply to the bidding process. <br />2. All offers must comply with I.C. 36-7-32-7. <br />3. All offers must meet the minimum price listed on the Offering Sheet (page 8). <br />4. There are no pre-defined parcels in Ignition Park. Bidders must identify the <br />dimensions, boundaries and the acreage of the sub-parcel they propose to <br />purchase and develop. <br />5. Proposals for development within Ignition Park may include, but not be limited <br />to: research and development facilities, education, industrial, office, prototyping <br />facilities, support uses or mixed use projects that are permitted within the <br />Ignition Park PUD Zoning Ordinance (a copy of which is included with this <br />document). <br />6. All proposals must be compatible with Ignition Park guidelines and development <br />standards as specifically outlined in the Ignition Park PUD Zoning Ordinance. <br />7. All proposals for the use of the disposition parcel must include a use plan for the <br />site and a project timeline detailing aspects of the site redevelopment and site <br />improvements. <br />8. All other provisions of the Development Plan for the Airport Economic <br />Development Area must be met. <br />11 <br />
