6. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South Bend. <br />Redevelopment Authority excepting that the provisions related to the transfer of real estate <br />shall be effective upon the adoption of the Commission Resolution by the Commission. <br />The transfer of the real estate shall not be effective until a deed is duly recorded effecting <br />the same. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority held at 1308 County- <br />CityBuilding, 227 W.
