EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL <br /> The October 27, 1993 Executive Session of the South Bend <br /> Common Council was called to order by its Council President <br /> Council Member Steve Luecke at 4 : 05 p.m. in the Council and <br /> Informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Ladewski, <br /> Coleman, Zakrewski, Puzzello, Kelly, and Luecke; Kevin <br /> Horton and Kathy Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council President Luecke noted that the purpose of the <br /> meeting was to discuss strategy with respect to collective <br /> bargaining. <br /> Following discussion the meeting was adjourned at 5 : 00 p.m. <br /> I, Stephen Luecke, President of the South Bend Common <br /> Council hereby certify that the Council discussed no subject <br /> matter in the executive session other than the subject <br /> matter specified in the public notice dated October 22 , <br /> 1993 . <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Stephen Luecke, Council President <br /> 1 <br />
