CITY OF SOUTH BEND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION The applicant was represented by: Tuan Ngo, 113 Laurel St, SB 46601 The public was represented by: N/A After due consideration, the following action was taken: Upon a motion by Joan Downs Krostenko, seconded by Sarah Andrews, and unanimously carried by vule, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2022-0606B. Vote: 5-0. Five in favor, none opposed. Motion was approved v. 2022-0606C 834 Forest Avenue Chapin Park LHD, Ordinance #9574-05 (Audio Position: 54:14) The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends separating the project into multiple components: COA 2022-0606C-1 South Side, Second Floor —The existing windows will be removed and replaced with new aluminum -clad windows of smaller size/configuration to mitigate water infiltration along the roof.
