Said report shall provide as much statistical information as possible citing the South Bend Municipal <br /> Code section violated, the type of violation, the amount of the unpaid penalty, the action taken by the City Attorney's Office, and the current status of amount collected, whenever <br /> possible. Said report shall be filed with the Ordinance Violations Bureau in the Office of the City Clerk and sent to the Chairperson of the Council's Health and Public Safety Committee. <br /> <br />(Ord.
