Olummfttrr Rood <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION-COMMON COUNCIL <br /> Ito the atom= elounril of the (gag of ii►mdtl1 Men): <br /> The June 24, 1992 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br /> order at 4:10 p.m. by Council President Steve Luecke in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Washington,Kelly,Puzzello, Coleman, <br /> Ladewski, Zakrzewski, and Luecke; Kevin Horton, Thomas Bodnar, Cathy Hubbard, and <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The meeting was called pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (5) (A) <br /> permitting the Council to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining. <br /> This is to certify pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1 (d) on behalf of the <br /> Common Council that no subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than <br /> the subject matter specified in the public notice dated June 22, 1992. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Steve Luecke, Council President <br />
