INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />DEPARTMENT OF VENUES PARKS & ARTS <br />DIVISION OF FACILITIES & GROUNDS <br />TO: Theresa Heffner, Clerk <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Patrick Sherman: Project Manager <br />SUBJECT: Main St. Parking Garage Roof Repair <br />DATE: 07/12/2022 <br />Three sections of roof on the top of the Main St. Parking have failed due to age and a storm. The <br />repair is estimated to be below $50,000 to complete. Per the City procurement process, and in <br />compliance with I.C. 36-1-12-5(b)(1)(B), on June 28th the buyer for the Parking Garages, Marika <br />Anderson, sent out quote requests to 3 local companies known to do this type of work. We <br />received no responses.
