This change order is for the cost to complete construction engineering of the new trail alignment between approximately Station <br />15.00 to 38.00. The contractors request for change order is attached to this change order. A cost analysis was not performed; however, the cost <br />compares with the original contract price and the percentage of work completed and deemed acceptable. The work is not necessary to complete <br />the original scope of the contract and therefore deemed non participating.
