Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> Utilities Committee <br /> November 23, 1992 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Mr. Jeff Rinard then reviewed the Solid Waste budgets and handed out revised pages 2-10, <br /> 2-11 and 2-12. Council President Luecke made a motion seconded by Council Member <br /> Coleman that the amended pages be accepted. The motion passed. <br /> li Mr. Rinard then presented revised pages 4-2, 4-3 and 4-5 of the Water Works budget. <br /> Following discussion Council President Luecke made a motion seconded by <br /> Council Member Coleman to accept these pages. The motion passed. <br /> Council Member Luecke noted that if rate increases are not passed then he would expect the <br /> Administration to operate under current program levels with only adjustments being those <br /> made for salaries as bargained for. <br /> John Leszczynski noted that the City Administration would not order any new equipment <br /> or hire any new employees until the fee ordinance was properly acted upon by the Common <br /> Council. <br /> Mr.Horton also noted that a revised budget would be submitted to the Common Council if <br /> the Council failed to act upon a fee adjustment ordinance. <br /> Following further discussion Council Member Slavinskas made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Coleman, that Bill No. 94-92 be recommended favorably to Council.
