NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I: The Near West Side Neighborhood Plan, a true and complete copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be and hereby is approved. <br /> SECTION II: The adoption of the Near West Side Neighborhood Plan amends City Plan,the <br /> Comprehensive Plan for South Bend,by providing further direction for the area of land within the <br /> boundaries of the Near West Side Neighborhood Plan. <br /> SECTION III: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption <br /> by the Common Council. <br /> Sharon L.
