Mr. Fozo noted that the Board of Zoning appeals gave a <br /> favorable recommendation to the petition by 3 to 1 margin. Council Member Coleman <br /> made a motion, seconded by Council Member Puzzello, that the Resolution be sent to the <br /> Council without recommendation. The motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Resolution No. 92-89 which is a Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> petition for the property located at 1716 South Michigan. Mr Don Werthmeier, the attorney <br /> for the Petitioner, introduced his client, Mrs. Retha Kalka. He noted that this is a request <br /> for special exception to have a combined use at the property. <br /> Following further rther discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Puzzello, that Resolution No. 92-89 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council. The motion passed. <br /> The Council Attorney then requested further input from the Committee with regard to the <br /> proposed form of resolution with regard to special exceptions.
