We have revised the Phase 2 full services scope and fees as per the final Phase 1 Schematic Design <br />programming requirements. <br />Following our recent completion of Phase 1, with your notice to proceed, we will move forward into Phase 2 for <br />detailed construction documents, which includes providing Design Development, Construction Documents, <br />Bidding/Negotiations and Constructions Administration services. <br />While we have carefully considered the estimated time commitment and professional resources needed to deliver <br />our services, please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding this proposal. <br />We have overwhelmingly enjoyed the initial Phase 1 engagement with all stakeholders o n this project, especially the <br />passionate Linden Community.
