MDA Proposal: «ProjectNumber» <br />PROPOSAL <br />M22-0160 – MLK, JR. COMMUNITY CENTER_PHASE 2 Services MDA PROPOSAL <br />SUMMARY <br />If this Agreement meets with your approval, please sign a copy, and return it to our office. Acceptance of proposal <br />contractually authorizes METICULOUS Design + Architecture, LLC. to proceed with design services outlined herein. <br />Parties to this engagement agree to monthly progress payments as the work progresses per the percentage complete <br />at the time of invoice. <br />Services under this agreement shall be provided in conformity with the standards for reasonable care and skill of the <br />architectural profession (See attached General Conditions). Invoices are tendered with a grace period of 10 days; <br />unpaid balances longer than 30 days are subject to penalty and interest per month. <br />We look forward to working on this exciting project with you.
