However, $9,000 of this change order is related <br />to unforeseen site conditions relating to the steel lintels above the existing window openings. <br /> <br />As such, scope additions to the project account for 15.9% of the total original contract amount, <br />and the project remains under the 20% limit. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br />
