Viking <br />Painting <br />LLC <br />$1,193,800.00 $12,500.00 $162,800.00 $26,800.00 $1,395,900.00 <br />Upon review of the bid package, I recommend rejecting the bid as non-responsive due to it not <br />meeting MWBE goals or good faith effort. In addition to the lack of good faith effort, there were <br />missing training certificates, evidence of an approved surety according to the Bureau of Fiscal <br />Service “Department of Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties,” and accompanying <br />attachments for statements as required by the Responsible Bidder Ordinance. <br />Due to rejecting the one bid received, I recommend rejection and negotiating in the open market <br />for an agreement in accordance with IC 36-1-12-5. <br />Please call with your questions (5998). <br />Enc.
