Key Personnel <br />Rory Sudbeck – Co-owner Viking Industrial Painting <br />Rory was a co-owner of SGA the Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota Tnemec Paint Representatives for 12 <br />years. He responsibilities included growing the Tnemec Brand in his territory and building his own <br />business in that area. He spent his days educating engineers, painters, and end users on the benefits of <br />protective coatings. His vast experience with different coating technology helped customers protect <br />their assets proactively to extend service lives and help with aesthetics. After more than a decade in the <br />coating industry he decided to take his experience into the contracting side of the business and has <br />worked with his business partner to build Viking Painting into one of the preeminent tank painting <br />contractors in the Country. <br />Tnemec Paint Representative 2005-2017 <br />Viking Industrial Painting 2018-Current <br />John Snodgrass – Co-owner Viking Industrial Painting <br />John has worked in the water tank industry since 2002. He has help positions from Salesman to Director <br />of Sales for Utility Service Company in Atlanta, Georgia. After leaving Utility John became the Director of <br />Sales for Maguire Iron in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He has worked both actively in the State of Texas <br />selling tank work and managing sales teams for the last 10 years. After 17 years in the tank business <br />John with his partner bought Viking Painting and has taken an active role aggressively growing their <br />business throughout the Country. John is an active NACE Level 3 Coatings Inspector and Voting member <br />on the National D101 and M42 Standard committees to help engineers, operators inspect and maintain <br />their water tanks. <br />Utility Service Company 2002-2014 <br />Maguire Iron Inc. 2014-2018 <br />Viking Industrial Painting 2018-present <br />Kirt Ervin – Chief Operating Officer <br />Kirt is a proven innovator in the water industry helping communities solve challenging water issues and <br />introducing new technologies to the US market, including ice pigging and in-tank Trihalomethane <br />Removal Systems. He has been in the water industry for the past 27 years, spending 19 of those years in <br />various roles for the largest tank maintenance company in the country. <br />In his most recent engagement as Region Vice President for Inframark, he oversaw the Contract <br />Operations of both large and small communities throughout the Midwest. <br />Kirt has an engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and MBA from Southern <br />Illinois University-Edwardsville. He is a licensed civil engineer in over a dozen states and held a NACE <br />Level 3 Certified Coatings Inspector certification.
