Section 111. Additional Appropriation and State of Indiana Approval <br />Any appropriation for PERF contributions required by this ordinance are approved <br />by the Common Council, and the Mayor or his designee is authorized to execute any <br />documents related thereto required by any agency of the State of Indiana. <br />Section IV.
