The South Bend Common Council recognizes the month of June as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, <br />Transgender, and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ+) "Pride Month." <br />Section II. Every individual is entitled to acceptance as a part of the innate universal dignity of a human <br />being. <br />Section III. All children are entitled to protection against all forms of discrimination and decisions <br />about their best interests belong within the family structure, not through partisan legislative proposals. <br />Section IV.
