alDntlt tttrr larpnrt <br /> C ,/ IL RULES COMMITTEE <br /> aiu tie Oli ntnwn Qlounra of Or Qtiig of Doug �irnd: <br /> The January 27, 1992 meeting of the Council Rules Committee was called to order by <br /> Council President Steve Luecke at 3:40 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Washington, Slavinskas,Luecke, Kelly, <br /> Duda, Coleman, Zakrzewski, Ladewski and Puzzello; John Byorni, Karl Stevens, Betsy <br /> Harriman,Don Porter and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council President Luecke noted that the the Committee is composed of himself as <br /> Chairperson, Sean Coleman, and Lee Slavinskas. <br /> Council Member Slavinskas then updated the Committee with regard to proposed Bill 81- <br /> 91. He then reviewed the letter of January 21, 1992 which was a part of the Council <br /> Packet which contained the amendments to Section 2-10 (a) (b). <br /> Following favorable discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Slavinskas that amended Bill No. 81-91 be recommended favorably to <br /> council.
