He indicated this property had been rezoned previously and this was
just a revised site plan. John Byorni reported that the Staff and
Commission of the Area Plan has given this rezoning a favorable
recommendation. Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Washington, that Bill No. 1-92 be recommended to the Council
favorable.
Bill No. 10-92: Rabbi Gettinger, indicated they were planning to build a
facility that will house dormitory rooms, offices, classrooms, a
gymnasium, dining hall and kitchen. He indicated many of their students
where from out of town and a facility of this type was needed for their
seminary and prep school. He indicated the building would be 14,250 sq.
feet, on a ten acre tract of land. John Byorni reported that this zoning
had received a favorable recommendation from Area Plan.
Bill No. 14-92: John Byorni indicated that a year ago this property was
rezoning, however, an error was made and an incorrect height and area was
on the bill.
