atammiiirr rear# <br /> PERSONNEL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> 1IIu iipe Qlnmuwn Olouurtl of tip QItiti of*mat) crud: <br /> The April 24, 1992 meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee was called to order by <br /> its Chairperson Council Member, Ann Puzzello at 4:50 p.m. in the Council Informal <br /> Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance Council Members Luecke, Coleman,Puzzello, Washington, Kelly, <br /> Slavinskas, Ladewski; Don Porter, Ernest Szarwark, James Knepp, Dave Norris, John <br /> Fonash, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Puzzello noted that the presenter of the Bill could not be available in light <br /> of the fact that the prior executive session of the Common Council had gone beyond the <br /> 4:00 proposed start of this Committee meeting. She noted that Bill No. 23-92 would <br /> appropriate$1,000.00 from the Leeper Park Tree Replacement Fund. She showed pictures <br /> of the area in question for the proposed appropriation. <br /> Following discussion Council Member Coleman made a motion seconded by Council <br /> Member Ladewski that Bill No. 23-92 be recommended favorably to Council.
