flummtttrr Report <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION-COMMON COUNCIL <br /> alp the Contuu n &mut of tilt CV of fonitt1 Nem): <br /> The April 24, 1992 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br /> order at 3:37 p.m. by Council President Steve Luecke in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Washington, Kelly, Puzzello, <br /> Slavinskas, Coleman, Ladewski, and Luecke; Mayor Joseph E. Kernan,Fire Chief Luther <br /> Taylor, City Attorney Richard Nussbaum, City Clerk Irene Gammon, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The meeting was called pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (5). (A) <br /> permitting the Council to discuss and receive information with regard to a personnel matter <br /> related to the Fire Department.
