<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />May 16, 2022 <br />Board of Public Works <br />1308 County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Board Members, <br /> <br />On behalf of the Utilities Division, I would like to submit clarification for EPO # 15890 <br />and Change Order for said PO. <br /> <br />An EPO was requested in April in the amount of $20,000 for National Power Rodding <br />due to a major collapse at CSO 027/028 as well as a suspected cave in at the outfall for <br />CSO 35. <br /> <br />We reached out to NPR as they have the equipment and personnel to clean & inspect <br />large diameter sewers and were able to be on-site quickly.
