GLC Portage Prairie V LLC is a subsidiary of Great Lakes Capital. <br />This petition package includes: <br />Department of Community Investment's summary report <br />Petition <br />Statement of Benefits forms (Real property) <br />> Supporting information <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />invest approximately $15,318,200 in new construction.
