A <br /> atnininttut loud <br /> COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> calo tic Qiommou Qlounrtl of tip CEng of bout �rnd: <br /> The August 29, 1991 meeting of the Committee of the Whole of <br /> the South Bend Common Council was called to order by its <br /> chairperson, Council Member Loretta Duda at 4:10 p.m. in the <br /> Council informaal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Puzzello, <br /> Luecke, Duda, Soderberg,and Slavinskas, John Voorde, Norman <br /> Primus, Don Porter, Ed Talley, Jim Larkin, Barbara Gatto, <br /> Kevin R. Gorham, current and former members of the Board of <br /> Directors of Community Recycling, Inc. , and other concerned <br /> citizens. <br /> Council Member Duda noted that the meeting was called to <br /> address two issues, namely, redistricting and to receive an <br /> update and re qu est from Community Recycling Inc. <br /> Mr. Norman Primus brought the committee up to date with <br /> regard to his redistricting procedures. Following that <br /> presentation, Mr. Ed Talley of Community Recycling then <br /> updated the committee on this not-for-profit company, past <br /> and current status.
