Mall. Trees, <br />terraces, and sidewalk canopies obscure much of the facade. <br />roof Flat - A parapet of glazed terra cotta tops the facade. <br />Five attic windows lie just below the parapet. <br />wall The two level high third story is recessed behind 4 sets <br />of paired, fluted columns with one column and pilaster at each <br />end.
