He was <br /> advised that this was a possibility. <br /> Council Member Duda stated that she is willing to work on <br /> the Bill and to continue to receive information and <br /> recommendations to improve it, so that it is the best <br /> possible Bill in this area. She stated that there is much <br /> frustration experienced by the contractors, and members of <br /> the public, and that hopefully "these frustrations could be <br /> worked out together.
